Tucking the Seed Babies In

Lilia really loved seeing all the different shapes of the seeds as we opened the packages. Pictured above is dill one of the hardest to handle because they are so light and stick together. We might have crowded dill seed pods!
Don't let this dirty hand fool you. There was LOTS of hand washing going on as Lilia refused to come to grips with being "one with the earth."

All the little seed babies are tucked away now. Cucumbers, Green Onions, Bell Peppers, Cilantro, Basil, Dill, Zinnia (flower) andDelphinium (flower). We should start seeing some green sprouts soon!

Everyday, Ordinary Moments :)

Tea Time Giggles! She loved me bringing out real cookies although a minor meltdown ensued when I informed her one of two cookies was for me.

Lilia loves creating little magical hideouts for herself. This moment was really beautiful...that is until Jude came along and discovered her wonderland.
Then...it was WAR!

Jude's favorite time of the day is breakfast. As soon as his tushy hits the couch he has to have a warm sippy of almond milk - which on special days (Mommy's discretion) is mixed with a little dark chocolate almond milk. Then after a little 'toon time and freshening up, he enjoys a big bowl of oatmeal and often yoghurt and bananas. Growing boy!

Lilia's imagination is taking off. Above are shots from her first make-believe time with stuffed animals. EVERYONE was present for her reading of Gigi: God's Little Princess.
